Track Title : Technology Application in Human Resource Development
Technology plays a vital role in the design, development, and delivery of HRD applications. While there is abundance of technology driven HRD applications, we know little of how theories are translated in their design and delivery. This track engages discussion on the application of theories (learning, change, performance, critical, adult learning, social justice, etc).
We invite researchers and practitioners to share stories on how they integrate theory into the designs and delivery of HRD technology applications.
